User support
For an access or usage issue, include the account email, page concerned, approximate time and a screenshot that contains no password, login token or identity document.
Never email passwords, API keys, private iCal links, complete identity documents or banking data.
Personal data
Requests to access, correct or object to data processed directly by BI-CENTER SARL can be sent to contact@bi-center.com with the subject “Personal data”. Proportionate identity verification may be required.
For data entered by a Rentimo customer, contact that organization first because it determines the purposes of processing. BI-CENTER SARL supports it as a technical service provider.
Security and responsible disclosure
Report suspected vulnerabilities confidentially to contact@bi-center.com with the subject “Rentimo Security”. Explain how to reproduce the issue without accessing other people’s data, disrupting the service or publishing it before remediation.
We acknowledge serious reports and coordinate remediation. This process is not a bug bounty program.
